Pre-Pay: Pay fee listed at time of registration to secure your seat.  Registration and Pre-Payment must be received by 5pm est the day prior to the training date registered.

Late Registration:  After 5pm est the day prior to the training date and is subject to the ‘Pay At The Door‘ late fee.  Must be approved by instructor.

Pay At The Door: Pay fee listed + $25.00 late fee for any ACLS or PALS courses.  For any BLS or Heartsaver courses + $10 late fee.

Refund Policy: Written cancellations postmarked up to 7 days prior to start of course will result in an administrative fee of $50.00. No refunds after 7 days prior to class. Absolutely, no refunds be issued at any time once services have been performed in whole or in part.

Class Changes:A fee will be assessed if you change your original registration date. This fee will be 50% of your original payment. Class change must be within 45 days of original scheduled course date. If student does not successfully complete the rescheduled course, it will be treated as a new registration and student required to pay for a new class.

No Shows: There is no refund for no-shows .

Tardy Policy: Please make plans to arrive on time.  Students arriving more then 15 minutes after class start time will need to reschedule and subject to ‘Class Change Fee’.

Required Course Materials:  Students who come to class without the required materials ( as outlined in the course reservation e-mail) will not be allowed to sit for class. The student will need to reschedule.
